Custom children's furniture is built for your order — not standard catalogue stock. Here is how we handle defects, delivery problems, and warranty so you know where you stand.
Made-to-order — no open-ended "change of mind" returns
Because dimensions, finishes, and configurations are chosen for your project, we cannot accept returns simply because plans changed after production started. Before manufacturing begins, changes may still be possible depending on progress — ask your contact as early as you can.
Manufacturing defects
If a piece does not match the agreed specifications (dimensions, colour reference within tolerance, hardware, or structural integrity), tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and, when validated, propose repair, replacement of the affected part, or another fair solution aligned with your quote and our warranty.
Damage during transport
Damage caused by handling in transit or on site must be noted at delivery when our team is present, or reported immediately with photos if you discover it afterwards. We coordinate with you on repair, partial replacement, or remanufacture depending on severity — never leave unreported damage for weeks.
Warranty & after-sales
We stand behind our workmanship and the materials specified in your quote for normal domestic use. Wear from misuse, modifications by third parties, or humidity / installation issues outside our scope may not be covered — your quote and order confirmation describe coverage in plain language.
